Comfortable but room for improvement! We had to upgrade to get a fridge which the front tower rooms have. OR pay $10 plus tax per night for one in the rear tower. I fancied upgrading to the front tower so we paid an extra $214. We had arrived early evening & there was NO bell on duty, so my husband had to borrow a cart, they let us have it but took his passport incase he didn't return it? Another lady was told there was NO valet to park her car? Our room on the 10th floor was nice but the carpet had not been vacuumed, the du... read more
