need more staff to check people in. nothing wrong with the property but they didn’t give me the room I booked. I booked a king non smoking and when I got there they said they messed up and didn’t have my room so they gave me another room with 2 beds.. there was only 1 person checking people in and I waited almost 40 minutes to get into my room. this has been the case the last 2 times we stayed there. so we started staying at the riverlodge but this stay we decided to stay at Tropicana because prices were better. property is ... read more

Fine but not a place I’d recommend They don’t seem to have great security, drunk people roaming around the halls at 3am at night. Additionally, it was unfortunate to have the fire alarm pulled while we were sleeping. AC is below average. Location is good

Good Long wait to check in. 4 elevators non-functioning. No fridge in the room. Bed was not comfortable. All the restaurants were either already closed or closing by 10pm and the pool was for adults only wtheck? The price of the room
