I’d stay there everytime in Laughlin. Very polite staff members. no complaints. very well maintained loved it. no complaints

charging my rooms ahead registration desk did not start my day good, than the elevator did not work. parking garage elevator didn't work...had to drag bags 3 flt down. made registration for 4 rooms month ahead and was charged for the 4 rooms. my friends each were to pay for their rooms with their credit cards. the registration host didn't explain how I was to get my pre charged money back and credited back to my charge card. I was not treated as a guest to your hotel. room were nice. registration desk were far from elevators... read more

Gib mir dein Geld und sei ruhig!! Man wird für alles zur Kasse gebeten! (Ist mittlerweile in Las Vegas Standard) Check in ist um 16 Uhr, soweit, so gut, wenn man um 14 Uhr im Hotel ankommt und einchecken möchte, ist das für 60,- $ möglich, nennt sich dann "Early - Check-in"!!! Früher waren 2 Stunden früher ins Zimmer kein Problem, wenn sie dann schon hergerichtet waren! Heute Abzocke!!! Genauso das "Einchecken" am Terminal mit dem hyper nervösen Personal, die die Fragen nicht beantworten und dann für dich irgendwelche Tasen ... read more
