Very Good Lack of cell and wifi service with in the facility. Elevators being shut down durning certain hours. Discriminating behavior from some of staff members. Comfortable and clean

Great deal for the price. I wished there was more amenities in the room such as microwave and especially a mini fridge. The heat is very hot during summer and the mini fridge would be great. I also didn’t like that the key cards were very sensitive and had to be changed a few times. I liked the effectiveness on the response for room service. Any issues that we came across was addressed effectively. The room was good overall. The pool had times for adults and kids which was great.
