Ok for one night stay. The hairdryer did not work at all. Room was not very clean, found some dirt in some hidden spots. It looked like the staff was a bit tired because we had a small problem with the room keys thrown away in the bin after we had left them on the restaurant table for just about two minutes. I don't blame the waiter, it really looks like a lack of attention. However stay was ok at the end. I appreciated the kindness of the staff. Cleaniness was ok but not impeccable.

One night in Laughlin The only thing we didn't like was the bed. It was not comfortable. Our room was very clean, as was the entire hotel! There was a great live band in one of the lounges that we really liked!
Enjoyed the stay and had a great time. N/A Bed was very comfortable. I was located close to the elevator but it was very quiet.
Overall we had a great time but the one thing that stood out was the friendly staff It was our choice but not being in the river is a negative The property was clean, not too hot, not too cold. There weren’t many people there so parking was great.

Very Good Nothing negative. Looking forward to going back and booking extra days. Too cold for the outdoor pool. The hotel was very clean, no smoke smell in the hall or room. Very little odour in the casino. Nice staff. Lots of parking.
