Pleasant but not the best. Refrigerator in the room would be nice. Ice machine on our floor wasn't working. We were not offered alot of assistance at the front desk except to be told we would have to go from floor to floor to find ice. The only person who offered to help was Victor. Used the pool nice. However the jets on the hot tube were inconsistance. Turned on the jets and it took easily 10 minutes for the jets to activate. The rooms and hotel were clean kuddos to our housekeeper.
