hermoso lugar nada la ubicación perfecta
All in all it was a very nice stay we enjoyed stay very much. Could use a little updating, not enough plugs. A small fridge would be nice for the leftovers we had from your restaurants. Sorry we didn't make it down for the breakfast. We did eat in the restaurants though and they were very good with very excellent service.
Exceptional I didn't know I had to pay extra for using the room phone ending paying 400 dollars more
My stay was great and remember able It was harder to get extra towels & pillows I guess due to lack of employees over the weekend. I like the location, my room being on the 11th floor & that I didn't have to deal with any heavy elevator traffic.
The Tropicana is great, excellent staff, great views. The rooms had no refrigerator, the drains in the tub and the sink were semi clogged water drained really slow. It was gross. The staff was very friendly and helpfull
Very Good Front desk staff and housekeepers were very helpful and pleasant. Two complaints; 1. check-in/check-out was horrible(however, staff was nice and patient).There should have been separate lines when you’re check-in/out and another for walk-ins looking to book. We had to wait so long in line and it was hot. 2. We noticed that the facility bathrooms weren’t kept clean throughout the day. Not sure how often staff is supposed to keep them clean throughout the day.
