Pleasant There was a huge line for check-in. So used Kiosk to do self check-in. After wasting 10 minutes on that process, I was directed to check-in through the registration desk. I used the Caesar Eat App to order food (as directed by staff). received a text that order was placed and I would be notified in apprx 25min when food was complete. I was never notified, and food was just sitting on counter Location is great. Central to everything in Laughlin

it’s the place to stay cause middle of town. all was good location
it was ok and served it’s purpose the AC vent was not clean, the windows and blinds were not clean, looked like they have never been cleaned. very strong smoke smell. no fridge in the room. not enough outlets in the room. the staff was very friendly and polite
We had a great time The rooms are getting dated. Bartenders were grumpy Everything was as expected. Food and services were great. Bed was very comfortable
