We liked the hotel and casino. Enjoyed having a late night snack at one of their cafes. Everything was great! Staff was very friendly, easy check in & were able to accommodate for an extra night’s stay.

Very Good Only concern was,early knock around 5 or 6 am...not sure if it was house keeping as they stated. Seemed to attempt to open door.

Overall trip was good the shortage of staff made the trip from being better No refrigerator in the room. No Valet and minimum bellhops room service. I choose to do minimal room service to help the shortage of staff. I called housekeeping to clean the room in the middle of our trip for 1 day I was told I opted out of room service. I won't make again. Room was average like any other room need to up date like the other hotels and get a small refrigerator.

I rained so we were unable to go on the boat tour but other than that, we had a great time. I was thrown when they charged me a DAILY SURCHARGE OF $5 (FIVE DOLLARS) for VALET PARKING due to the fact that my companion was in a WHEELCHAIR! I requested a room for a wheelchair and they most kindly accommodated me!
