The hotel is clean, with decent sized rooms. Bathroom is spacious. Bed is comfortable. We were a group of 2 adults and 2 children. I Requested extra towels at the time of our online booking. I received a friendly email from the hotel indicating this would not be a problem. I again mentioned our request at check in and was told they would send the extra ones to our room. Wir hatten gute, entspannte Wochen ohne Covid-Einschränkungen Schade, dass wir nicht täglich wegen Personalmangels einen Room-service hatten. Außerdem hat das Buffet geschlossen und es wird auch keinen Restart geben, das vermissen wir sehr. Das Hotel berechnet für einen Kühlschrank mittlerweile zehn Euro pro Tag, das finden wir extrem überhöht. Vor zwei Jahren kostete der Kühlschrank lediglich zehn Euro für den gesamten Aufenthalt.
