Property has gone downhill. Caesars Entertainment needs to invest some money to revive it. Renting an electric scooter for handicapped husband was difficult. Front desk staff said we had to go through the vendor (DME out of Vegas). Before the trip I tried to do so and DME said "you have to go though the front desk at hotel"; quite the runaround. After letting the hotel know I was upset, they did process the request. Luckily, they had two scooters available, that was a worry also, they DO NOT reserve them ahead of time. The r... read more

Exceptional The Carnegie restaurant is not a very welcoming restaurant. Went for dinner had to wait for the waitress at least 20 minutes to take the order. Food is good but service sucks. Went back in the morning service was better but after you get your food don't need anything else because you won't find anyone to get it for you. Very unhappy with the service in this restaurant. The lights are not plugged into the wall sockets had to plug in myself to be able to use the lamp. The room was clean and the staff was very helpf... read more
