A fun place for family’s to enjoy Laughlin. The staff was friendly, great for families, the pool area was clean and not crowded.

Very Good Key access to room was intermittent. Had to try the room key many times before it worked. Friendliness of desk staff.

TROPICANA WAS GOOD, I’ll be back.!!! The beds are too soft, or wearing out.!!! I love it, I think that you need better beds.

The trip was a little better than average. The staff was not as friendly as was when I was last there , and also the food and entertainment was not the best. A very good looking place , the food needs work
