Very good service! I didn't like that the bathroom sink was clogged. I did not like the bathroom shower, a lot of water is spilled out when bathing. What I liked was how clean it was and it had a good view out the window. I touch the 23rd floor. looking over the river, excellent panorama. Excellent room and large bed!

Very Good The hot tub was shut down. And only the cafe was open. Clean environment to gamble in.
very nice I would stay there again with the river was closer but very nice the drewere was nice we h check in was taking forever..there should of been more staff at check in or maybe consider putting kiosks for ppl to self check in...my room was very far and far from elevator unable to upgrade the room its self was clean bed and pillows were very comfy
