Pleasant some of the front desk staff some of the things in the room was broke and took long to fix the fired alarm kept beep beep some of the staff was very disrespectful but another wonderful lady that I had talked to over the phone was very helpful kind and nice fixed the situation I would come back if I could get the wonderful lady again not the manger she was rood or just did not understand what was going on but to tell me to stand to the side and not try to help, I was sleepy and had kids they said we can't help or pay... read more
