Wonderful stay Everything was fine, except for the mask requirements, but fortunately i wore a face shield where i could breathe while being in compliance.....

Excellent I loved the ambiance and clean atmosphere me and my boyfriend had an amazing time will be back again every year.
Average House keeping. Every time I've stayed there I've asked for an extra blanket and it always seems to be an issue. They act like its an inconvenience everytime (which has been 3 different times) totally forgot one of the times all together. There customer service and the way they talk to people could definitely improve. Front desk check in clerks are awesome though. And also other staff members.
The lake was fab That they charged us upgrades and then said the higher floors were upgraded Don’t upgrade in booking there is no upgrade at Tropicana and then you get charged no upgrades at Tropicana
