Breakfast, Essentials and the pool were the highlights. It was over 110 degrees when we arrived and I assumed water bottles were complimentary I was given an attitude when i asked for one. The night staff at the Carnegie restaurant did not serve us in a timely matter or great us with a friendly smile. It was not busy, other parties who were seated after us were served immediately. Very Good The beds were a bit worn down. If you were on the side of the bed you would roll to the middle. I understand the refrigerator being gone because of Covid but you had to pay more for one and if they didn't have 1 available you were SOL. We didn't like the new resort fees that you had to pay for the internet. I get all the other fees but this was a new one. The rooms were very clean. Parking is easy

Wonderful They only had one working elevator so we had to use the stairs most of the rime to get to our level in the parking garage. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean.
