Daughters birthday celebration We had a smoke room because they were fully booked. Even me letting them know I have my kids there was still nothing available in non-smoking. Thank goodness the room didn't smell like cigarettes and that was a huge plus. It's a great hotel!!

Wonderful Checking in was ridiculous. The line was over 100 people and wrapped around building and they had only 3 people checking people in . After over an hour in line they took 2 people off the floor leaving only 1 for 15 minutes and then another came out and was mostly just handling the phone. 15 minutes later another came out to help. 2 plus hours to get through check in? I was very irritated. What an enormous lack of coverage for this obvious time of need for staff. The room was nice. Felt very comfortable and clean.
