Pleasant The Ac in the room was not blowing out as much and had to go out and buy a fan. Even after they came and tried to fix it but didn’t change anything. Also the wifi I was never able to use after calling more than several times and the kids couldn’t connect the tablets the entire 2 days. The pool

It was okay. Would like to try again to see if it was just our room. Cigarette smell when checking in. Bathroom was not clean to our expectations. Air conditioner in room wasn’t as cold as we would like. No refrigerator in room. I liked that after checking in you didn’t have to travel through the cigarette smell area and it was a direct shot from the elevators to the parking garage. Good Our room was dusty , sheets were dusty, carpet needed to be vacuum. Common areas were clean.
Exceptional they had no medical scooters. Had to go to another hotel to get one Live the location! Parking is a mile away. Its to to get around. Loved it
