It was nice, we had a nice time. Rude front desk staff, had to call numerous times just to get the WiFi password. I was told “we are busy hold on,” only to be forgotten about so I had to call back.
Good The elevator was broken for the 2 days we stayed. That was difficult. We had to use the stairs in the parking garage to get to our car each time. I didn't like that. I'm slightly disabled. We love being out again after covid 19. The other patrons at this facility were all in his spirits. Super friendly people.

Pleasant Beds were awful. Elevators broke down. Over crowded. No wash clothes or towels Location to where we needed to go.
