Good Elevator stopped working in parking garage very inconvenient. Trash randomly in hallways of hotel and overflowing trash containers outside elevtors. Overall great experience staff friendly and helpful check in process quick n easy.

I will definitely be back. The comfort of the bed could be a little better. My kids slept great but I did not. The facility was very clean and the check in process was very fast. The pool was amazing!
Pleasant The 2-3 hr long wait to check was ridiculous. I never want to wait that long to check in and don’t plan I’m staying at Tropicana for that reason ever again. They also didn’t have a fridge or microwave in the rooms. It had a room available, and it’s pool was open. The security was great and very nice.
Good We got locked out of our room the last night for almost an hour with a sleeping toddler in our arms, due to the key lock being dead and wouldn't open our door! Had to wait for maintenance for a little while because of shift change . Was very tired and not too happy about that!! It was clean n the staff was nice. Got clean towels pretty fast
