Pleasant Security was always an issue . CONSTANTLY ID’d . Had an issue with one security not knowing basic math . Insisted that our ID’s HAD TO SAY 1999 in order to be on the casino floor even thought my ID says 1994 . (Which would make me 26) he said it was CDC rules and called for someone to escort us out UNTIL our older relatives came to talk to him & he finally agreed to ask someone else and finally realized that it was ATLEAST 1999 not your ID MUST say 1999 . Good service They need a second security guard checking temperature at the garage entrance and when entering the pool area. Pool was crowded definitely need better protocol for safe distancing. My room was really dusty. Dust on furniture and bed sheets almost like it’s been sitting unused for months. Need to check rooms if they sit for a long time. One Night Stay Poor lighting in the room. No fan in bathroom so got steamy when showering. No small refrigerator which would have been nice as my husband is diabetic & needed to refrigerate his insulin. Luckily we came prepared, had to purchase ice. Only found 1 restaurant opened due to COVID and it wasn’t great. Great location. Like the smoke-free area for slots

Good We smell something coming from the restroom but we ignore because it look clean. We had so much activities we really didn’t stop to think what it could be or why. it was on the last day when we went . We went to our daughters we can immediately tell different . The room had some kind sewerage smell. We like the property the beds are comfortable.
