Very Good Water pressure could be turned up a little.like to see the ice area and elevators get some attention. That’s a highly common used area that seemed that it had a lack of attention. Didn’t see many instructions on limits of use but I may have missed it. General rule of thumb per guest was “ I’ll wait. Thx”. And just wait a few times and one will open empty. Good Nice place, not on the river like the other casinos in town. But its in better condition than most of the others.
Great stay! The shade in our room didn't go down. Fresh towels each day would be nice. We enjoyed our stay..

Could've been better. The pool cabana we rented was full of bed bugs and was not properly sanitized. The staff at the Carnegie cafe was very rude and not friendly or helpful The stay was nice.
