I will definitely be back. The comfort of the bed could be a little better. My kids slept great but I did not. The facility was very clean and the check in process was very fast. The pool was amazing!

Pleasant The 2-3 hr long wait to check was ridiculous. I never want to wait that long to check in and don’t plan I’m staying at Tropicana for that reason ever again. They also didn’t have a fridge or microwave in the rooms. It had a room available, and it’s pool was open. The security was great and very nice.
Good We got locked out of our room the last night for almost an hour with a sleeping toddler in our arms, due to the key lock being dead and wouldn't open our door! Had to wait for maintenance for a little while because of shift change . Was very tired and not too happy about that!! It was clean n the staff was nice. Got clean towels pretty fast

Very Good The room was not as clean as expected considering we have a pandemic currently happening. The staff was accommodating and very friendly.
