Very Good
The trip was very good. An it was a great place to stay. The price of the stay could of been cheaper. Location was great.i didnt eat breakfast so dont know how it was .the staff was friendly.
It was convenient. I had to downgrade to be on the same floor as my family. The room was dusty and there were hairs in the bathroom still, that obviously did not belong to us. The pillows are hard. Every room should have a refrigerator. I liked the location and we close to my family. The pool area was fun for my kids.

Good Checking in took quite a bit of time, I felt like it could have went by faster a lot of people in line holding their bags very uncomfortable
Exceptional I was there about a month ago and at registration they were disinfecting the area after each costumer, this time they were not doing that. Everything else

Good Bathrooms were gross (VERY dirty grout) tub cracked. Beds weren’t very comfortable! The restaurant choices were nice, (fancy to casual) Not to over crowded Rooms were good size (single king bed)
