Troy and Chad were the best part of our experience with our KB home build. While I felt communication was lacking in areas of the process, Troy ALWAYS picked up their slack to make sure each and every one of our questions was answered, and answered quickly. One of the best parts of working with Troy was that I felt he truly had our best interest in mind which is a trait that is critical to a positive experience.
