Troy was able to think outside of the box with respect to the documentation for my Canada-foreign properties that was required for the underwriters, he clearly explained areas of the loan process that I did not fully understand. He was quick, on-the-ball, which allowed me to close earlier on my new house and avoiding me having to store and move twice!
