The staff were very kind and helpful. I called for early check in and both times I called the person answering was very nice. When checking in the person at the desk gave me all information necessary. Breakfast included was a plus. IT was very quite and while in the room we couldn't hear anything from outside including the hallway. Thank you for a pleasant stay. Will definitely considered booking again.

Tru by Hilton was a very nice place to stay at. It was very clean, friendly, and lots to do in the lobby. We enjoyed getting together and playing pool and the pool table. We will definitely be staying there again.

Excellent location in Goodyear The front of hotel has no parking and the back entry doors remain locked. The front desk opened the rear door to allow us entry. Something for hotel to look into. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was efficient but did not overly communicative on wifi, breakfast, or surrounding area dining options. Room was comfortable with exception of AC location directly besides the desk (almost makes desk unusable).
