Welcoming hotel! The desk staff was very helpful and accommodating as 3 of us checked in at different times of the evening.
Great stay but.... The stsy was comfortable. Breakfast could have had more variety and missed having a freezer and microwace. (For ice cream treats and to warm up left overs.)
The lady (staff member) who checked me in went above and beyond. I arrived at the facility rather early for check-in. She was absolutely accommodating, and displayed professional courtesy throughout our interaction. Exceptional client-centricity. ✅ Facility was clean throughout, and the hot water was pretty much “right away” when the shower was turned on. Courteous morning staff led by Ben. And engaging lay who provided breakfast. All around wonderful staff and experience. ✅
SHORT BUSINESS STAY VERY WARM WELCOME BY VALENTINE!! SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, TO MAKE SURE I HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED.. HOT TEA AND THE VERY QUIET ROOM THAT I REQUESTED- GIVEN THAT I ARRIVED VERY LATE AT NIGHT. GREAT STAFF AND LOTS TO DO ON LOCATION AT THIS HOTEL. I DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK AGAIN!
I would have stayed next door had I known I had to pay to park. I chose this hotel to save a little and it ended up costing me more. This is a suburb with a farm field next to it, and they charge to park. This isn’t a city. The hotel itself is ok. The decor is going to be dated quickly, and the rooms are small. There was a weird bug in the bathroom, but we killed it and went on. The folks working there were great and super friendly.

The mini fridge was extremely loud. The blinds were difficult to close. There was a weird clicking sound coming from the bathroom vent all night. But the staff was great and very friendly.
