I had a recall that needed fixed. Charles (Charlie)Turjillo was the best!! He set me up to drop it off so they could see if I needed the recall part or not. I did so he had to order the part. He brought my car to me at the office and said he would call me when the part came in. He did just that, came and picked up my car and then brought it back to me in a few hours. He is very helpful and has a great personality to boot! If I ever need service again, I will be requesting him to be my Service Advisor! Great job, Charlie!!

My buying a car was a fantastic experience. Everyone was so helpful! We were given water bottles so we wouldn't get too hot outside and then snacks as we waited for everything to be done. Raul explained everything very thoroughly and Charles made all the paperwork easy to understand, All and all a very pleasure to be part of their family.
Stephen is the best salesman, very helpful and even went out of his way to get another dealers truck to meet our needs.
