Zach was my salesman and also worked with Charles in finance. Both were extremely helpful and accommodating. I purchased a used vehicle that ended up not having the features I wanted. Zach was responsive and easy to work with and helped me swap for a new vehicle that met my needs under a 7 day return policy. This experience was unusual and exceeded all expectations. Probably the best experience I’ve had at any car dealership. I will be recommending this dealership and sales to team to others.

Bob Salinas and Adrian Bruce were extremely helpful, and beyond knowledgeable all through the buying experience. Charles Moradi took plenty of time and explained the whole finance options and contract process. During the sale Jeff answered so many questions, and after the sale Kevin answered so many more and walked me through the new car delivery.
Truck City Ford has been excellent to work with. Their pick up and drop off service makes service appts so easy. I recently had repairs done on my car and worked with Blake. He was great at communicating and helping with Ford Customer Service as needed.
