Nate is fantastic. The first time I took my truck to Buda it was simply because they had an opening sooner than the other dealership where I used to go. Nate's the reason I will continue driving 40 minutes to Buda.

Had a problem with my rv, was on a start of a long trip and had a message about anti Trac need check. Pulled into the ford dealer and they started working on it, fixed the problem and was back on the road.
Truck city Ford is the Best. The service department is great and the salesmen are awesome. They're all very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. There's no reason to ever go anywhere else.
Very friendly, professional. John kept us informed during the recall process. He even found a second recall that we didn’t know about and took care of that also. I can’t thank them enough. I had called two other Ford dealers & they wouldn’t even look at our Vehicle. I called Truck City & they were more than happy to take care of the recall for us. We have purchased from the other dealers, but from now on our business will be with Leif Johnson Truck City in Buda.
Nate is always great. Takes care of me and my truck. Was pleasantly surprised to see they found a nail in my tire and repaired it on their own, when I only brought it in for oil change and brakes.
The staff is nice, the facility is clean and stocked, service is quick and good.
