Service advisor listened to all my concerns. Kept me up to date and answered all my questions
I made an appt at 7 am and they got me right in. They addressed everything I asked, were friendly and helpful.
Texas friendly and very knowledgable on Ford trucks. They also work on the Ford built part of motorhomes. Large service bays and lifts make the Ford frame, engine and drivetrain easy for them to work on. We saw motorhomes from a variety of states being worked on.
My experience with Travis at the Truck City Ford Service Center was incredibly positive. All initial concerns were repaired appropriately and on time, and then the Service Center went the extra mile and ensured that a new issue which arose when I arrived to pick up the vehicle was also investigated and addressed appropriately without making it complicated. While it extended the time my vehicle was with the team, the end result was quality and completeness in all of the repairs. I'll certainly be back.

Super pleased with our experience buying a used car from Truck City Ford. Andy was great at communicating and answering our questions. After a terrible experience with another dealer who was deceptive in pricing by putting in non-optional add-ons, I was very happy that the price advertised by Truck City Ford was accurate and they went the extra mile to make sure the car was perfect before we left with it. Will definitely shop here again!
New guy in finance (Charles) finally solved the mystery. I will contact Ford to hopefully resolve the issue . Very helpful
