Picked up my new 2022 Ford F250, where most everything was ready for processing. It was a relatively quick, painless process. Stephen was a real pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable about the product he was selling. There wasn't anything I asked him that he didn't have an answer for. Very friendly and eager to make sure I was happy. He was very easy to talk to and willing to help out, even after signing the contract.
I had my current 2018 F150 serviced that I bought from Truck City Ford and bought a new 2022 F250 on the same day. The GM (Scott Robinson) was an absolute pleasure to work with through navigating the service and the new truck purchase. Mario in service was also great! He was honest and communicated regularly. The invoice even came in lower than his initial estimate. When does that ever happen? The entire experience was five stars. I HIGHLY recommend these guys.
I purchased a new (to me) F-150 Lariat on 12/4/21 and worked with Andy Martinez in sales. He and James and Zach made the buying experience enjoyable and effortless. I would recommend talking with Andy if you are in the market for a pre-owned Ford.
