We brought my wife's Ford truck in for service (oil change, brake repair, and a recall). Daniel Santiago was our service advisor, he got us signed in and back on the road in minutes (the truck stayed there). He has communicated with very well as to how the repairs are progressing. We appreciate the good service. We walked across the drive to the sales department and Jason Harper became our sales consultant. Our trip to Tri-City Ford was very fast people were very courteous and friendly I feel very secure when I take my truck to truck City Ford. My oil change and tire rotation did not take long at all I appreciate that.

The service was good but the mechanics that worked on my son's truck where taking to long to get it finished. So we picked it up to finish the repairs with another company. The service writer was great.
