My vist for routine maintenance was painless and the customer service from my service advisor was exceptional n
The parts and service team here are top notch! They’ve always gone above and beyond to get me on the road quickly after any service. Parts keeps a ton of inventory, and right now I imagine that’s tough. I came in without an appointment and they had the battery and the tire I needed in stock! I was on the road in no time.
Travis was fantastic and letting me know what the problem was, and when the work would be complete. This was an urgent repair that was needed. Car is running great. I was surprised that no additional maintenance was needed on the Escape. I know everything checked out & nothing was recommended at this time.
My SUV was completed on time and all problems were solved. My Service Advisor Travis Guerrero completed all on time and I picked up my Explorer with a smile on my face. Thank you
I made an appointment for a safety recall and explained I would need my car back in a few hours to pick up my son from school. Truck City Ford came through as promised!
