I was very pleased with my dealings with Truck City Ford and Dennis Colome. They worked to find the Escape I wanted. We stopped by late Friday night and they located and had the vehilcle for me to view in just a few days. Dennis called several times to update us on the progress of locating what I wanted. After the purchase, he has called to assure we are pleased and didn't have any questions. I would buy from him again.
We had Bob help us and I have to tell you as a first time buyer this guy made it super easy and pleasant to get my truck. Bob not only made it all quick and easy but made it feel like I was family and again just made the experience as painless as possible. If I had to go through it all again I’d go with Bob hands down. I honestly had a very good experience when I went to buy my car. Raul came to help me within seconds of stepping in the door, and everyone I spoke to was friendly and answered my questions quickly and concisely. All in all an excellent time, and I will be recommending them to any of my friends and family who are looking for a new car.

this was a simple and easy purchase from the beginning to the end. all my expectations were met. very happy with the truck i purchased.
Not pushy, they're knowledgeable, process was seamless, MY only critique would be that when I asked to have the truck filled with gas because it was on empty when we test drove it, I recieved the truck with a quarter of a tank, it could be me not having knowledge of the dealerships SOP in regards to this request but I would have liked the tank to be full but regardless of that, great experience for people who want to buy vehicles outright and I will be recommending the location to my coworkers and friends
