These are genuinely good people. Lily was my sales associate and Zach was the sales manager we dealt with. Some negotiation back and forth but feel like they were very fair overall on an in demand vehicle. Good experience with finance and insurance (Charles). Warranty priced fairly with defined value prop vs product pushing. Would recommend over the other two ford dealerships in the Austin area.
I've dealt with two different service coordinators Haily and Brett, since I left another dealership that wasn't so great. I can't say anything bad about the service, relationships and convenient location to me. Friendly staff and reasonable service costs; THAT is what I'm NOT used to! Whether you are looking to buy or just service your vehicle, this is my favorite place to be.
When I bought my truck I also bought a service plan. And then every time that I had something wrong they would say oh that's not covered. That's very frustrating. But Lief Johnson Ford Truck City replaced my broken belly pan shroud even though they said it wasn't covered. At least something was finally covered! They are great !

I’ve been coming to TCF since 2016 and since have bought a 2018 f-250 the service center is the best there is to use and Mario Fuentes & “Doc” Rodgers nerve up sell unneeded service. In this day and age that is a rare happening. Just wish your dealership wasn’t destroying the intersection of Hwy 71 & old bee caves. Horrible place for a dealership.
