They were a friendly group. I felt like they were a close group that wanted to sell cars and be good people at the same time.
It was a Great buying experience. They knew the ins and outs of the ford Maverick and went over the vehicle with me from front to back
Great experience overall. No hassle from the sales guy and the finance experience was straightforward. They didn't waste my time trying to upsell me. I'd like to say that I'll be back soon... but these dang Ford trucks have been lasting me 15 years and 250k miles. So it'll be a while before I need another one!
This, without a doubt, is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I live in Maine and was looking for a specific truck in a certain price range. Just the fact that they had it says a lot. From first contact to me driving off in my truck took less than 48 hours. Everyone I worked with a Truck City was very professional and easy to work with. They made it a pleasant experience.
so far a 4 plus to a 5 minus. nothing bad, some vary good. Good, professional, honest. the vehicle was on order for 17 months. I had to pay for the price increases because they could not produce the Maverick Hybrid for 2023 ? We will see.
