I had a great first time experience! I rolled into the service department late in the afternoon, after the passenger window of my F-150 decided to roll down and not roll back up. I new it would be a stretch for any service team to immediately respond with an instant repair just before shop hours closed, but I needed this fixed as soon as possible, as I was looking at a 6 hour drive the following day. My experience was a good one. From the friendly and helpful greeting as I walked in the showroom by the receptionist, to the salesperson, to the finance department, to the person who explained the features of my vehicle, everyone was friendly and helpful. They treated me better than I hoped and definitely better than other dealerships had done before. I would highly recommend you going to visit Esther for your next new or used vehicle . She was very help.

I am completely satisfied as always. We had a small mishap while my truck was in for an oil change. Blake did an outstanding job communicating what happened and following thru with getting my mirror replaced. Problems occur on occasion, and I understand that. What sets great customer service apart from mediocre customer service is how you handle those problems when they happen. You guys knocked it out of the park making sure I was taken care of.

Service advisor was exceptional, wait time for just oil change was not. I could clearly see my vehicle and watched the work from the area, an oil change should be the easiest service there is. While I did appreciate the top off of washer fluid, and tire pressure adjustment (literally new tires put on the day before so didn't need adjustment) The actual oil change took forever. I was there with a scheduled appointment for 2pm and didn't get my car back until after 430pm. It just seemed very long, and watching them, it seems l... read more

It was good. Biggest thing was I was told to bring truck in to be looked at to check for the part. I was told not in stock on the phone, but it was in stock. They said about 3 hours. I could not stay that day. So I had to make another hour and a half drive a second time for recall. Overall it was ok though.
