The move was difficult as heavy furniture pieces had to be maneuvered down a staircase and then other furniture moved back upstairs and they did the moving of the furniture with great ease and a smile. They also had to move several heavy pieces of furniture from another location to the house and this was done in the rain, but again done with ease and a smile. First of all, I want to commend True Friends movers on constantly be patient with us on the multiple delays & reschedules for our move. We had multiple builder delays and they assured us that everything would be fine. True Friends called us 24 hours prior to our move to re-confirm all the details. Our movers called us when they were about 20 minutes away and showed up at the time they said they were scheduled. They immediately went to work. I highly recommend True Friends Moving! Charles and his team answered all my questions pre-move. Their prices are competitive. Most importantly, they made my move stress-free! They were swift; they handled all my furniture with the utmost care and wrapped everything to protect it. They were super professional and polite. I would use them again!
It's an excellent service to move. Equipment is kept in decent shape. The glass and dish pack boxes are great, and I just wish they would be cleaned. Drop off and pick up were easy though both times personnel were late. Returned sealed package of packing paper, no refund provided, did call ahead.

They worked with efficiency and grace. I was delighted when I found myself chilling on the hood of my car at one point, watching these two guys haul all my heavy furniture out of my old place and always with a smile on their faces. Stephen was so enthusiastic he could even be seen running back and forth from apartment to truck whenever possible. Will always hire them for my moves!
A great moving company. Movers are hardworking and professional. The move we had was quick and effortless. All the movers moved my stuff from the 3-bed place to storage, all done within 3 hours! Recommended to all.
