We were pleased with everything—the initial consultation, the quotation, the follow-up, and the day-of service. The movers were professional, kind, friendly, respectful, and adaptable. Since we had lived in the same house for almost 44 years, our approaching move from Mount Juliet to Lebanon was daunting, and I had no idea which moving company to hire. Very happy with the service. They attended the flat and assessed the amount of property to move (as it turned out, absolutely accurately, to within half a cubic meter). The two guys moving team were prompt, worked very quickly, and took good care of all our property. They were amazingly efficient at fitting it into a small storage room for us, and communicated clearly and were courteous throughout. Would definitely recommend it.
I moved from KS to MD and had a wonderful experience. Items were all packed very well, and everything made it undamaged. Both the pickup and drop-off crew worked fast and hard, leaving no damage to either property. Communication with True Friends Moving was easy and consistent, and emails provided useful information to help the move go smoothly. I would use True Friends Moving again in the future for relocation.
