This is the second time we've used True Friends to move and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Throughout the process, there was a customer representative checking on us and verifying everything we expected was carried out. Excellent service! I rented two storage units and they were able to fit all my stuff in one and saved me a lot of money! They took great care of my stuff and were very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

They did a great job moving all of our things, great communication, great teamwork, and great time management. They managed to move us out and into the new place in only 2 hours and 45 minutes, which I really appreciate! Michael and Victor had the best customer service and professionalism the whole time, even though I have some of the heaviest (and sentimental) furniture. This was my third time utilizing a moving service and my FAVORITE. Hopefully we can call them next time we need to move!
