You never know what you're getting when you hire someone to do a job but these guys were really nice. Nick and Matthew (maybe) were really nice. Although they arrived 1.5hrs outside my schedule time, they got right to work and even compensated me for their tardiness, that was much appreciated. Overall, I'd used them again.
I had a great experience with this company, from booking and moving. The two men that helped us move to our new home were really nice and efficient. None of my furniture was bruised during the move.

Overall we had a great experience with True Friends for our local move a few days ago. Nick and Adrian were professional and moved quickly, even though Adrian wasn't feeling too good. When I booked with Chris, I was told they'd arrive around 9am, which they did so that was a great start! I used a groupon which they accepted with no issues. I only have one complaint, which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. I recently had the pleasure of working with this company. I had very bad experience with previous moving company’s, Justin and Bryan put my concerns to rest after they showed up on time, they were very professional and caring about our stuff. The moving process was competing on time and my furniture arrived without damage. I will definitely work with this guys again and recommend them to all my friends.
