RecommendedThis was our 4th and final move to our new home. They moved us out of our old house into storage, then to an apartment, out of the apartment and finally today out of storage. We did have one piece of furniture that was damaged but Chris the owner of the company has done everything to make it right. He is sending someone out to repair the damage on Wednesday. We understand accidents happen and appreciate the prompt attention to our damaged and getting it corrected. All in all a good experience with this company.
True Friends did a great job moving my furniture. Michael and Montrell were kind and courteous. They moved my things in a sufficient amount of time. I would definitely recommend this company.
Our movers (Kent and can't remember the other gentleman's name) were very pleasant, respectful and hardworkers. Unfortunately, we did have some issues (which in my opinion is no fault to the workers). The truck was too small and after being told it would all fit, it did not. They did go back to the house to get the larger items that we would not be able to move on our own to our new home. However, due to the fact what should have been 4-5hours was now 7, we had to tell them to call it. So now we have keep moving things over.... read more

Glad to hear the guys were good and worked efficient. Just to clarify, we sent you out a 26' moving truck as agreed which is as large as they go under a semi. You certainly had an experienced crew so not sure what we could've done different but please call or email to file a claim as we try all we can to make our clients happy : )

We used True Friends Moving Company in 2012 and they were wonderful. We will be using them again for our upcoming move at the end of this month.
Brandon and Jacob did an amazing job! They worked fast and carefully...they kept in communication when they were going to be late and still had me fully moved in less than 3 hours! I will definitely use them again!!

Great moving company ! Saved me since I didn’t have much chance when the other moving company didn’t give me much hope except they told me to wait and maybe they would be able to “fit me in”. True friends moving company came through ASAP and our movers where Justin and Ledarius both which helped out and made two trips to help us fit our home into two storage containers. A+++ al the way.
