These guys did a wonderful job. Communicated with me the whole time. Kept a positive attitude even after they realized my job put them behind on their other jobs. Would definitely use them again. I would recommend that they start doing walk throughs before hand to avoid under estimating jobs.
I have scheduled a move date with True Friends, so I look forward to coming back and posting after the move with a very positive review. So far the customer service I received was exceptional. All of my questions were answered and the prices are very reasonable. As a first time mover, I am anxious to see that their work ethic matches the professionalism I experienced on the phone. They even honored the Groupon code which is great. I will update after the move is complete!
Ben and Jacob did a great job on our move today. They arrived on time and came in and shook our hands and introduced themselves. They were very polite and professional. They worked fast but were real careful with everything. I couldn't have ask for better service and would recommend them to anyone needing a moving company. Thanks again.
Ben and Brandon knocked our move out of the park today! Two guys moved over 1800 square feet worth of stuff out of our old house and into our new one in less than 7 hours with one truck. And for $1,000 less than the next lowest quote, no less. They were very friendly and amazingly efficient, putting all our furniture in its place.
