Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful. Vinny worked with our insurance company and Peter supervised the work. Fernando and Julio worked on restoring our basement and kitchen after a flood from our dishwasher. They were very neat and came every day right at the time they said they would. Any questions we had were dealt with immediately.
We had a pipe burst in our garage causing damage to all three levels of our home and cannot praise True Restorations enough for their immediate response to our nightmare of a situation. Between Vinny coming over the same day, to Lou?s communication with my insurance company so I didn?t have to, and don?t forget about Donovan?s demolition team that came in on short notice to clean out all the damage caused, the entire team has been a dream to work with and would recommend you using them as well. Elias and Lewis, came to my house on 01/23/25 with a flood issue and they went straight to work to remove water down the basement and came next day with a crew to move stuff and take pictures of the damage, also to cut out the two foot section all around basement to prevent mold. They did a great job and would highly recommend them.
