I needed to take a few minutes to express my great satisfaction with the work performed here at our Independent Living community, both in remediation and especially reconstruction. As is often the case, our workers can be our greatest selling point, or our greatest detriment. The former is certainly the case here. We unfortunately had a leak that led to mold in our downstairs bathroom. Our first line of contact was Michelle, who could not have been nicer and more reassuring. She set us up with a team and let us know she was available for anything we needed. From the first minute we spoke with Vinny we felt at ease. My Bellmore basement flooded because of a faulty furnace valve. True Restoration came to the rescue! Dave, Jesse and Elias came to mitigate the situation. Then Vinnie, the coordinator and Steve, the project manager arranged for work to be done. The carpenters, Jeff and Ray, did an excellent job and were unobtrusive. They repaired the basement quickly and efficiently even doing extra. It looks like new. Thank you.
