Christina is the instructor for my Silver Sneakers Class. She is a total rock star! She creates class routines that are fun and challenging for every level of student in our class. She gives cues for safety and modifications the exercises. The variety of class sessions keeps the members pleased and wanting to come consistently. It's never boring! Thank you Christina for all you do for us!
