My Personal Trainer, Nieko, has been phenomenal. He has truly pushed me to reach my goals , helped me build a solid fitness foundation & has walked every step of the way with me . Each day he has a positive attitude & remains encouraging. He is extremely knowledgeable and educated me on the movement & why it is important. He takes a holistic approach & also helps me with mobility as i sit for an extended amount of time. It has been a pleasure working with him
