This is regarding the TRUYOU2025 6 weeks transformation challenge. It started June 9, 2025 to July 21, 2025 and was told 3 scans needed, 15 check-ins and get a swag bag with shirt. Well, I completed the challenge & all that was required, but yet still don't have the things advertised. It's now August 1, 2025!! The communication has been horrible and multiple excuses made. I was excited to do this, however I have wait for things that YOU advertised makes it a joke. Never again, trust is broken!!

Recently moved to Nashville and looking for a new gym so I went in to try it out (signed up for the FREE pass on their website). When I got there they told me they don’t do free passes but instead pushed a 1 dollar promotion on me stating that I can just cancel after if I don’t like it.
