⭐️ I had a very disappointing experience with Tru Fit of Murfreesboro regarding my training sessions. Despite paying $140 biweekly, I encountered multiple cancellations and a complete lack of urgency in addressing the scheduling issues. After speaking to several staff members, none could help me directly, and I felt like I was just being passed around. Giving a one star review specifically for the PT program. Tru Fit itself is a great place but the PT's are horrible and are just money hungry. They could care less if you have health or financial problems and will only let you freeze your PT but never cancel it.. but yet you can cancel your gym membership no questions asked. Per TN state law, it only covers the INITIAL payment not the future payments, so I have the right to cancel this but they will not let me.
