I can’t say enough good things about TruFit! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff and the vibrant atmosphere. Had a great experience here. Very clean facility & friendly staff. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Alex who gave me a tour around and she happily answered all my many questions. If you're in the Murfreesboro area, this is definitely a gym you would want to check out!

Absolutely love this gym! The women’s gym has helped me become a lot more comfortable in this new journey. The staff is amazing, especially Ms. Sharon. She is always very welcoming. She greets me every time I walk in the door with outgoing energy, making me feel excited to workout. She definitely puts everyone’s needs as a priority, which lets us know we are in good hands!
